Hello from Scobey Hall!  In less than 24 hours we'll be in a 12 passenger van en route to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport for our flight to Denmark.

Dr. Van der Sluis has put together an incredible itinerary.  We'll post daily reflections on our experience, making special note of how our understanding of agriculture, economics, and the global marketplace allow us to interpret new experiences in a different setting.  

We might post pictures of us eating good food too...it won't be 100% academic!
